AlrBot offers a Free plan and a Pro plan. Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via LemonSqueezy. All prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is due at the start of each billing period.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan. No refunds are issued for unused time unless required by applicable law.
AlrBot is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uptime or compatibility with Discord's platform. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including disruptions caused by Discord's API or infrastructure.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time with 30 days' notice, communicated via the website or email. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [CITY].
