When you sign in to AlrBot, we collect data provided by Discord via OAuth2:

• Discord User ID
• Username and discriminator
• Avatar URL
• Email address (if granted by Discord)
• Server (guild) memberships relevant to AlrBot

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

We process this data to provide the AlrBot service — including authentication, ticket management, and server configuration. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).

4. Data Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell your data. We share data only where necessary: LemonSqueezy (payment processor): when you subscribe to a paid plan, billing data is processed by LemonSqueezy. Their privacy policy applies to payment processing and can be found at lemonsqueezy.com/privacy .

5. Cookies

We use a single HttpOnly session cookie on the domain .alronderbot.com for authentication purposes only. No tracking cookies, no analytics, no advertising cookies.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon request or account deletion, your personal data will be deleted within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
