3. Website Access and Log Files

3.1 Data Collection

When you access our website, our system automatically collects the following data:

  • Browser and operating system information
  • IP address
  • Date and time of access
  • Referring website

3.2 Retention Period

Server logs are automatically deleted after 7 days. Session data is deleted when the session ends.

4. Discord OAuth2 & Bot Usage

4.1 Data Collected

When using AlronderBot and signing in via Discord OAuth2, we collect:

  • Discord User ID and username
  • Discord Server ID (Guild ID)
  • Email address (if shared by your Discord account)
  • Bot configuration data (server settings, agent assignments)
  • Usage data (commands, timestamps, server status)

4.2 Purpose

Data is processed to provide bot functionality, manage subscriptions, and provide technical support.

4.3 Retention

Data is stored while you use the bot. After you delete your data or remove the bot from your server, data will be deleted within 30 days.

5. Contact & Email

5.1 Data Collected

When contacting us via email or contact form, we store:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Subject and message
  • Timestamp of inquiry

5.2 Retention

Data is stored until the inquiry is fully processed, maximum 2 years.

6. Hosting & External Services

6.1 OVH

Our hosting provider is OVH (OVHcloud) with server locations in Europe. OVH processes data on our behalf according to Art. 28 GDPR and ensures all servers are operated within the European Union.

6.2 Discord

AlronderBot uses the Discord platform. Discord Inc. processes personal data according to their own privacy policy: https://discord.com/privacy
